Third suspect in attempted convenience store robbery in custody | News
PALESTINE, TX (KLTV)- The third suspect in an attempted convenience store robbery turned himself into Anderson County authorities.
Around 6:30 p.m., Monday, 18-year-old, Jhammerick Milton turned himself into the Anderson County Sheriff's Department. The Palestine Police Department had an active warrant out for Milton since the attempted robbery of the Mr. D's Convenience store back in August, where one of the suspects shot the store clerk in the face.
The Palestine Police Department had already arrested two suspects on August 23 after viewing video from the surveillance cameras at the store and getting several tips from concerned citizens.
